UPDATED leaf bag pickup information for week of November 28
(weather permitting):
 

DPW crews will be picking up leaf bags on your rubbish day during the week of November 28 (separate truck)  (i.e. if your rubbish pickup day is Monday, a separate truck will also be coming by to pickup leaf bags on Monday, November 28; if your rubbish pickup day is Tuesday, a separate truck will also be coming by to pickup leaf bags on Tuesday, November 29, etc.)

Also note that crews will be picking up brown tipper barrels with all yard waste on Friday, December 2.  NO BAGS WILL BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2.
 

Freshwater Boulevard Night Paving

Night paving is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1 through Thursday, November 3, 2016. The hours of operation will be 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM each day.  Thank you for your cooperation. 
  1. Building & Grounds Maintenance

    The Building and Grounds Maintenance Division is responsible for the care and upkeep of 12 town buildings and outside grounds including preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning units. The division also maintains and services all of its equipment with the exception of plated vehicles.

  2. Custodial

    The Building and Grounds Maintenance Division is responsible for the care and upkeep of 12 town buildings and outside grounds including preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning units.

  3. Engineering

    The Department of Public Works Engineering Office is responsible for managing the design and construction of all ROADS Referendum projects, Capital Improvement Program, issuing right-of-way permits for all activities within the Town's right-of-way, plan review for Development Services and developing annual and long term schedules for surface treatments on Town streets.

  4. Fleet Services

    The Fleet Services Division provides vehicles, equipment and services to the officials and employees of the Town of Enfield so that they may provide services that promotes health, safety, well being and quality of life to all residents.

  5. Highway Maintenance

    The Highway Maintenance Division is responsible for maintaining approximately 180 miles of town owned roadway.

  6. ROADS 2015 & Road Projects

    Information updating residents on current road rehabilitation projects and the ROADS 2015 five-year road improvement referendum project.

  7. Water Pollution Control

    The Enfield Water Pollution Control Division is responsible for the efficient removal of pollutants from wastewater generated by the residents and businesses in Enfield.

  8. Refuse Resource Management

    The Refuse and Resource Management Division is responsible for the collection and disposal of trash and recyclables.

  9. Sidewalk Clearing Countdown Clock

    Live countdown clock for the time left residents have to clear their sidewalks after a snow event before they are violating the Town's sidewalk ordinance.
