PROGRAM INFORMATION & DATA:

The division is responsible for the State Building Code within the  Town.

Initial review of developers building plans  submitted  to  the  Planning

and Zoning Commission.

DEPARTMENT GOALS:

Continue to implement the  plan  review  process  with  the  use  of  new

computer software.

Evaluate    the     building     permit     process     for     potential

improvement/timeliness.

Strive to further enhance customer service.
