PROGRAM INFORMATION & DATA:

The Zoning Board of Appeals, operating under the authority set  forth  in

the Connecticut General Statutes, conducts public hearings on:   requests

for variances of the provisions of the  Zoning  Ordinance;  appeals  from

the judgement  of  the  Zoning  Enforcement  Officer;  and  requests  for

Certificates  of  suitability  for  the  location  of  automotive  sales,

gasoline and repair facilities.  The Board carries out its role in  these

actions to ensure that the intent  and  purpose  of  the  Enfield  Zoning

Ordinance is implemented.
