Form of Government

The Town of Enfield's Town Council-Town Manager form of government was established by Charter adopted in 1962. The Town Council is elected biennially for a two year term and is comprised of eleven council members; four members are elected from council districts and seven members are elected at-large, with no more than four at-large members from the same political party. The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council.
