Roll Call:  There were not enough members for a quorum.  The meeting was opened for informational purposes only at 6:15.

NEW BUSINESS

120 Spring Street:  The members reviewed a First Time Home Buyer application and discussed a few issues with the applicant Ebony DeLeon who was present for the meeting with her realtor.  Mr. Bryanton asked if Ms. Deleon's boyfriend would be living at the home.  She said that he would.  Mr. Edgar stated that if the boyfriend would be living at the property, his income information must be provided for the next meeting along with information about the current tenant's lease agreement, as well as the license number for the home inspector.  Ms. Deleon stated that they would provide the requested information.  Mr. Bryanton suggested rescheduling the meeting on May 11th.
