Committees:
Field Hockey Jamboree – Marian said she needs a check from us in order to pay Curtis Hawke for Tshirts for the jamboree. She also said 12 teams have signed up and that they will accept only 4 more teams. It will be held on the Fermi High fields on Aug. 29th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
Scholarships – Two of our scholarships have been awarded. Fermi High had their scholarship night on June 7th and the winners were Jacob Lavender and Brittany Kennedy who was awarded the Amy Romano scholarship. Enfield High will be holding their scholarship night on June 14th. That winner will be announced in the next hall of fame minutes.
Banquet – Kris told the group that she had received the menu from the Crowned Plaza and that the entrees would be: Sirloin Tips Marsala, Herb Grilled Chicken, and Penne Pasta with Marinara Sauce (vegetarian option). For those under twelve, they will have Chicken Fingers with French Fries. Dessert will be Granny Apple Carmel Tart. The rest of the menu basically remains the same as at our previous banquets. After a brief discussion, the committee voted to raise the price of the ticket to $35.

They are: Ken Bourque, Bob Francoeur, Shelly (Turgeon) Folson, Courtney McLaughlin, and Bill O’Brien, the George Daly award: Tom Owens and the team award: the 1973 Enfield (Hazardville) Senior Little League Baseball State Champs.
