Board of Assessment Appeals special meeting was held on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, in the Break Room, Town Hall, Town of Enfield.
The special meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m. with Rudolph Kuraska, Chairman, present; Charles Woods, member, present; Thomas Tyler, member, present.
MELVIN ROSENBERG, SWORN
Vehicle appealed for high mileage, not running good. Appeal No. 2009-MV-1.
The following decision was made:

Feels assessed value too high, paid $5300 for motorcycle. Has rebuilt title. Was salvaged from the west coast, put on a new fender and new mirror. Mr. Pistolesi stated copies of all documents were presented to the Board at the Spring meeting.
