PATRIOT AWARD COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
Tuesday, February 9, 2010 - 7 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the Patriot Award Committee was held in the Thompsonville Conference Room at the Enfield Town Hall on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Peter Falk, Harry Selhammer, Nat Caminiti, Mike Pestana, Bill Edgar and Jake Keller. Randy Daigle was absent.
Mr. Edgar nominated Peter Falk as Chairman. All were in favor.
Mr. Pestana nominated Mr. Keller as Secretary. All were in favor.
The application for nominations and the press release for the newspaper were reviewed. The applications must be postmarked no later than May 28, 2010.
The Fourth of July Celebration will be on July 9 through the 11th. The award will be presented on July 11, tentatively at 6 p.m.
Mike Pestana is ordering the plaque(s).
NEXT MEETING DATE
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 7 p.m. in the Thompsonville Room at the Enfield Town Hall.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting stood adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
