REGULAR MEETING
1. Call To Order The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Gretchen Pfeifer-Hall at 7:03 p.m.
2. Roll Call Present were: Chairperson Gretchen Pfeifer-Hall and Agents Bergamini, Sarno, Szewczak and Poirot (7:06 p.m.). Agent Olsen was absent. Also present were Assistant Town Planner and Wetlands Agent Neil Angus, and Susan Swiatek, Recording Secretary.

4. Executive Session - Matters regarding specific employees, pending litigation, acquisition of real estate and / or matters exempt from disclosure requirements, as needed. The specific reason should be stated for each session. There were no items for Executive Session.
5. Public Participation - Issues of concern not on the agenda. No one in the audience came forward to speak.
6. Correspondence: Correspondence was as follows: Fall, 2002 issue of "The Trust for Public Land - New England" featuring an article on the Connecticut River Headwaters; November 7, 2002 issue of MCA News featuring an article on Sediment and Erosion Control and a notable article on the IWWA application process - something Mr. Angus would like to put together for the general public when time permits; DEP report entitled "Statewide Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Activity Reporting Program Status and Trends Report for the Year 2000. Mr. Angus noted his receipt on November 19, 2002 of an Inland Wetlands Map created by the Suffield Conservation Commission, sent for informational purposes. He noted that Enfield has digital overlays for soils but are not useful with Enfield's current parcel mapping. There was some discussion among members how the digital overlays might be more useful. Mr. Angus stated that aerial photographs correlating with control points and a GIS system on the ground are needed but this would be a very time consuming and expensive process but it is something the Town is looking into. Mr. Angus also reported receipt on November 19, 2002 of a letter from D.E.P., dated October 9, 2002 regarding the Provisional permit from the Army Corps of Engineers for the Freshwater Pond dredging project. Mr. Angus will continue to provide the Agency with updates as they are received. Members received a copy of the 2001
