a. IW – 471.03 – Tim Fortune, Fortune Building and Remodeling, LLC – Requesting an Amendment to existing permit IW-471 for modifications to the approved drainage at 50/52 Steele Road (Map 52, Lots 429 & 430). Submitted 9/22/08, Received 10/07/08, PPE 10/21/08, MAD 12/11/08. Extension Granted by applicant till 12/16/08.

b. IW – 514– Antonio Reale & Marilyn Tyler – Proposed conceptual development of the property located between Enfield Street and Mullen Road called “Metro North II” (Map 16, Lots 42 & 108, Zoned I-1). The applicant requests a permit for the anticipated direct impacts to wetlands associated with roadway and utility crossings. Submitted 11/7/08, Received 11/18/08, PPE 12/02/08, MAD 1/22/09.

c. IW – 513 – Albert Nitch – Requesting a permit to conduct regulated activities, some of which have already been conducted, on Post Road (Map 47, Lots 23, 25, 27, Zoned I-1). Submitted 11/7/08, Received 11/18/08, PPE 12/02/08, MAD 1/22/09.
