Agency-sponsored Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulation amendment to address 2004 Legislature amendments (Public Act 04-209) regarding changes to considerations for decisions by Inland Wetland and Watercourses Agencies [Agency-sponsored change - no time limits on scheduling, closing or decision].
