ENFIELD HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 – 7:00 P.M.

AGENDA

1.         Call to order. – Chairman Richard Tatoian called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

2.         Roll Call. – Present were Chairman Richard Tatoian and Commission members Russell Meyer, Roman Polaski, Marie Troiano, Lillian Troiano, Alternate, Raymond Gwozdz, Alternate, and Sonja Dean, Alternate.

3.         Public Hearings:

HDC#326:       Patrick and Jeanette Tallarita, 1400 Enfield Street, Install wood vinyl clad double hung replacement windows.  EHDO Section 8. – Mr. Polaski made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gwozdz, to approve the application of Patrick and Jeanette Tallarita, 1400 Enfield Street, to install wood vinyl clad double hung replacement windows.  The motion was approved by a unanimous vote.   

4.         HDCR – Review files, determinations of need for certificates of appropriateness:

            NONE

5.         Old Business - NONE

6.         Public Participation

7.         Approval of Meeting Minutes – August 23, 2006 – Ms. Lillian Troiano made a motion, seconded by Mr. Polaski, to approve the Minutes of August 23, 2006.  The Minutes were approved by a 4 – 0 – 2 vote.  Mr. Meyer and Ms. Lillian Troiano abstained.

11.       Adjournment – Mr. Meyer made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gwozdz, to adjourn.  Following a unanimous vote, the Commission adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
