Notice of Action

1.                  Call to order:  The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tatoian at 7:00 PM.

2.                  Roll call: Present for the meeting were Chairman Richard Tatoian, Robert Johnston, Nancy Smyth and Raymond Gwozdz (Alternate). Also present was José Giner, AICP Director of Planning.

3.                  Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of October 26, 2011: Mr. Gwozdz motioned to approve the minutes of October 26, 2011. Mr. Johnston seconded the motion. All were in favor (4-0-0).

5.                  Public Hearing

HDC #358      Andrew Prayzner, 1439 Enfield St., Certificate of Appropriateness for a roof replacement at an existing residence.EHDO Section 8.

Mr. Johnston motioned to approve HDC #358 Andrew Prayzner, 1439 Enfield St., Certificate of Appropriateness for a roof replacement at an existing residence. EHDO Section 8, Mrs. Smyth seconded the motion. All were in favor (4-0-0).
