a.  PH#2659.02 – Modifications of Plans and Conditions to a previously approved Special Use Permit to allow: 1) an 800 +/- s.f. addition to an existing Retail Shopping Center for expansion to a previously approved Roller Skating Rink; 2) change from an approved Pool Hall to Laser Tag and 3) a Change in the previously approved operating hours for the indoor recreational uses at 138 South Road, in a Business Local District, Assessor’s Map 55, Lot 9; 138 South Road LLC, owner/applicant.
