ENFIELD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

 The Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, November 15, 2007, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, concerning the following:

PH #2619 – Petition for a zone change from R-33 zone to BL zone, Map 32, Lot 3, for 674 Enfield Street, Rockville Bank, Applicant/660 Enfield Street, LLC, Owner.

PH #2627 – Resubdivision of remaining land into 16 single family residential lots on the west side of Laughlin Road at Ellington Town Line, Zoned R-88, Map 106, Lot 1, Homes by Guarino Applicant/Owner.

PH #2628 –Special Use Permit to operate a Avis Rent A Car at the Sears Auto Center at 104 Elm St. (Enfield Square), Zoned BR, Map 57, Lot 325.

PH #2629 – Special Use Permit for sales, installation and warehousing of pre-manufactured truck racks truck tool boxes, van interior shelves and partitions at 1675 King Street, Zoned I-1, Map 13, Lot 26, Complete Truck and Van Outfitters LLC, Applicant/ Tri State Rentals, LLC, Owner.

PH #2630 – Special Use Permit under Section 3.30.13 (Commercial Vehicles) for oversized vehicle to continue to park at property located at 92 Putnam Lane, Zoned R-33, Map 111, Lot 82, Michael Leo, Applicant/Owner.
