The Enfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Thursday, May 7, 2009, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, concerning the following:

PH #2672 – Application for a change in existing non-conforming use to allow limited sales of automobiles at an existing repair facility located at 4 Print Shop Road, Zoned I-1 Map 99, Lot 9, Jon Abrahamson, Applicant/Owner..

PH #2674– Special Use Permit for accessory retail sales of wood pellets in an Industrial 2 District located at 1654 King Street, Assessor’s Map 13, Lot 9; My Pellet Store, LLC, applicant; JFP Realty, owner.

PH #2676 – Special Use Permit for a Restaurant Beer and Wine permit for property located at 739 Enfield Street in a Business Local (BL) District, Assessor’s Map 29, Lot 39; John Russo, applicant/owner.

Applications and plans are on file at the Planning Department, 820 Enfield Street.
