a. Fair Rent Commission - A homeowner vacancy (d) exists due to the death of Adam Gwozdz. Replacement term would be until 06/30/03. (Tabled 07/07/97)
3. Resolution re: Bid Waiver Building Demolition.
4. Discussion re: Recreation Referendum.
5. Executive Session:
a. Personnel Matters. b. Pending Litigation. c. Real Estate Negotiations.
