MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING/BUDGET REVIEW SESSION

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7, 2010

The Special Meeting/Budget Review Session of the Enfield Town Council was called to order by Chairman Kaupin in the Enfield Room of the Enfield Town Hall on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 6:02 p.m.

ROLL-CALL - Present were Councilmen Bosco, Dumont, Kaupin, Kiner, Lee, and Nelson.  Councilman Crowley arrived at 6:10 p.m., Councilman Hall at 6:11 p.m. and Councilman Edgar at 7:47 p.m.  Councilman Bosco left the meeting at 7:00 p.m.  Councilman Keller and Mangini were absent.  Also present Town Manager Matthew Coppler, Assistant Town Manager Daniel Vindigni, Director of Finance Lynn Nenni, Director of Development Services Raymond Warren, Director of Planning & Community Development José Giner, Zoning Enforcement Officer Virginia Higley, Community Development Director Peter Bryanton, Assistant Town Planners Roger Alsbaugh and Katie Bednaz, Building Official James Taylor, Chief Technology Officer Paul Russell, Town Clerk Suzanne Olechnicki.

Discussion/Review for this session focused on Development Services including Planning and Development, Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission, Community Development, Economic Development, Building Code Enforcement, Information Technology.

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION #830 by Councilman Nelson, seconded by Councilman Dumont to adjourn.

Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #830 adopted
