A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, April 5, 2004. The meeting was called to order at 9:26 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Crowley, Dodd, Edgar, Egan, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, Reveruzzi, Tait and Tallarita. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson; Director of Public Works, John Kazmarski
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 20, 2003
MOTION #6048 by Commission Edgar, seconded by Commissioner Egan to accept the minutes of the October 20, 2003 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6048 adopted 10-0-0, with Commissioner Mangini absent at the vote.
MOTION #6049 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Tait to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6049 adopted 11-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6050 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Egan.
GREASE TRAP WAIVER - OMEGA PIZZA
Commissioner Fiore referred to the two resolutions which relate to grease traps and questioned if there are presently no grease traps and these are improvements to these facilities. Mr. Kazmarski responded that's correct.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6050 adopted 11-0-0.
MOTION #6051 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Tait to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6051 adopted 11-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6052 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Mangini.
GREASE TRAP WAIVER - PIZZA PALACE
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6052 adopted 11-0-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION #6053 by Commissioner Edgar, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6053 adopted 11-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:36 p.m.
