ENFIELD TOWN COUNCIL MINUTES OF A PUBLIC HEARING JANUARY 20, 2004
A Public Hearing was called to order by Acting Chairman Lewis Fiore in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Tuesday, January 20, 2004. The hearing was called to order at 7:16 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Councilmen Crowley, Dodd, Edgar, Egan, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, and Reveruzzi. Councilmen Tait and Tallarita were absent. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson
Acting Chairman Fiore read the notice of Public Hearing which was published in the Journal Inquirer on Saturday, January 10, 2004 as follows:
TOWN OF ENFIELD LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2004
The Enfield Town Council will hold a Public Hearing in the Enfield Town Hall, Council Chambers, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at 7:15 p.m. to allow interested citizens an opportunity to express their opinions regarding AMENDING THE INLAND/WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY ORDINANCE
Copies of the ORDINANCE are available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Acting Chairman Fiore announced the ground rules for the public hearing.
Acting Chairman Fiore explained this is a proposal to make a change having to do with Town Manager appointments being Town Council approved. He then invited speakers to come forward.
As no one wished to speak, Acting Chairman Fiore closed the Public Hearing at 7:20 p.m.
