NOVEMBER 8, 2004
A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, November 8, 2004. The meeting was called to order at 9:40 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Crowley, Dodd, Edgar, Egan, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, Reveruzzi, Tait and Tallarita. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson; Director of Public Works, John Kazmarski
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETING
MOTION #6068 by Commissioner Tait, seconded by Commissioner Dodd to accept the minutes of the September 20, 2004 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6068 adopted 11-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6069 by Commissioner Tait, seconded by Commissioner Mangini.
RESOLVED, that in accordance with Chapter 103, Section 7-255 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Enfield Sewer Authority shall hold a public hearing on November 15, 2004 at 7:15 p.m. to hear comments on properties affected by the proposed sewer use charge rate for the 2003-2004 billing. The rate has been proposed at $2.84 per thousand gallons of wastewater treated.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6069 adopted 11-0-0.
DISCUSSION RE: SEWER USE CHARGE - 2004/2005
Commissioner Fiore questioned if the Post Office and Motor Vehicles Department is included in this program. Mr. Shanley noted Mr. McAlmond has a list of those entities that fall under this program.

MOTION #6070 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Egan to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6070 adopted 11-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
