NOVEMBER 15, 2004
A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, November 15, 2004. The meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Crowley, Dodd, Edgar, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, Reveruzzi, Tait and Tallarita. Commissioner Egan was absent. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson; Director of Public Works, John Kazmarski
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETING
Minutes will be available for the December 6, 2004 meeting.
MOTION #6071 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Tait to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6071 adopted 10-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6072 by Commissioner Dodd, seconded by Commissioner Mangini.
Acceptance of Sewer Use Charge 2003/2004
Chairman Tallarita explained this is a resolution to set the sewer usage charge for 2003-2004 at $2.84 per thousand gallons of waste water treated.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6072 adopted 10-0-0.
MOTION #6073 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Crowley to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6073 adopted 10-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6074 by Commissioner Edgar, seconded by Commissioner Fiore.
Acceptance of Sewer Use Charge 2004/2005
Chairman Tallarita explained this is the setting of the sewer usage charge for 2004-2005 at $2.24 per thousand gallons of waste water treated.
Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6074 adopted 10-0-0.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION #6075 by Commissioner Edgar, seconded by Commissioner Crowley to adjourn.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6075 adopted 10-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
