Grease Trap Waiver and Agreement
Wetzels Pretzels/Westfield Shoppingtown

Commissioner Fiore stated the process regarding grease traps seems to be going smoothly and he questioned whether it's possible to amend the resolution to make it an administrative approval process.  He questioned Mr. Kazmarski's opinion regarding this.  Mr. Kazmarski indicated that wouldn't be a problem if the Council has the confidence in staff to make that decision and if it's legal.  Mr. Shanley noted they'd have to look into that.  He noted the up side of having the Council doing this is that they don't get second-guessed.

Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6066 adopted 11-0-0.

ADJOURNMENT

MOTION #6067 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Edgar to adjourn.

Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6067 adopted 11-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 10:51 p.m.
