A meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority was called to order by Chairman Tallarita in the Council Chambers of the Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield, Connecticut on Monday, June 7, 2004. The meeting was called to order at 9:51 p.m.
ROLL-CALL - Present were Commissioners Crowley, Dodd, Egan, Fiore, Kaupin, Mangini, Peruta, Reveruzzi, Tait and Tallarita. Commissioner Edgar was absent. Also present were Town Manager, Scott Shanley; Assistant Town Manager, Daniel Vindigni; Town Clerk, Suzanne Olechnicki; Town Attorney, Christopher Bromson
MINUTES OF PRECEDING MEETING
MOTION #6054 by Commissioner Tait, seconded by Commissioner Mangini to accept the minutes of the April 5, 2004 meeting.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6054 adopted 10-0-0.
MOTION #6055 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Tait to waive the reading of the resolution.
Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6055 adopted 10-0-0.
RESOLUTION #6056 by Commissioner Fiore, seconded by Commissioner Tait.

Upon a ROLL-CALL vote being taken, the Chair declared RESOLUTION #6056 adopted 10-0-0.

Upon a SHOW-OF-HANDS vote being taken, the Chair declared MOTION #6057 adopted 10-0-0, and the meeting stood adjourned at 8:53 p.m.
