Notary Services at Enfield Public Libraries

The Enfield Public Library offers Notary Services to our library customers free of charge.  We suggest that you call ahead to the library to be sure that a Notary is on duty at the specific time that you plan to use the service.

Here are some suggestions to make your visit go smoothly:

• Call 860-763-7512 to be sure a Notary will be on duty when you arrive.
• Look over your documents to be sure you have done everything required.
• Bring a picture ID with you as well as another current form of identification.
• Do not sign anything until the Notary is present.
• If you need witnesses bring them along with you.
• When you arrive at the library there may be a short wait until a Notary is able to leave other duties to offer you Notary service.

Notary Service is available to the public at Enfield Central Library:

Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Notary Service is available at the Pearl Street Branch Library:

Monday through Thursday 10:00 am until 5:30 pm

Friday from Noon until 5:30 pm, and

Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  

There are no Notary Services offered during evening hours.
