Recently CT Transit made changes to the Enfield Express route and schedule.  The Thompsonville and Mass Mutual routes have been combined. From the Enfield Park & Ride Lot, buses will now continue to Thompsonville & Mass Mutual via Hazard Avenue, Franklin Street, Pearl Street, North Main Street, Enfield Street and Bright Meadow Boulevard. Buses will return to the Enfield Park & Ride Lot from Mass Mutual and Thompsonville via Bright Meadow Boulevard, Enfield Street, North Main Street, Pearl Street, Frew Terrace and Hazard Avenue.

CTTRANSIT buses serving Thompsonville and MassMutual will make local stops at posted bus stops along the route. Customers may ride locally within Enfield, however, all customers must pay an express bus fare. Local service in Enfield operates entirely within express fare Zone C, therefore the regular one-way cash fare for customers riding locally within Enfield will be $2.25 ($1.10 for seniors or disabled customers). Zone 2 express tickets and passes are also accepted. There is no youth discount on express buses. Please note that CTTRANSIT buses will no longer serve Elm Street or Freshwater Boulevard north of Cranbrook Boulevard.
