  IMPORTANT NOTE TO APPLICANTS - THE 2011 CT STATE LEGISLATURE  APPROVED PUBLIC ACT 11-5 WHICH BECAME EFFECTIVE 5/9/11.  THE ACT EXTENDS THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR ALL LAND USE APPLICATIONS APPROVED PRIOR TO JULY 1, 2011 WHICH DID NOT EXPIRE BEFORE MAY 9, 2011 FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIVE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL EXPIRATION.  THIS INCLUDES ALL PZC AND INLAND WETLANDS PERMITS.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL THE DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR.
