  1. All costs for project-related electrical, plumbing and HVAC must be included in the Estimated Job Value line on the application.
     
  2. Structural drawings and energy conservation calculations must be submitted with an application for additions and new structures.
     
  3. Include an email address for receiving updates on the progress of your application.
