2006 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Construction of ROAD2OOO Section 14 (Old King Street Area) has been completed. Reconstruction of Cook Avenue, Nonotuck Street and Massasoit Avenue have been completed as part of the in-house portion of ROAD2OO5 Section 1. Construction of ROAD2OOO Section 13 (Shaker Lake Area) is underway. Design work has commenced in Sections 2A, 5 and 6 of ROAD2OO5. A sidewalk reconstruction bid has been bid and awarded. Sidewalk reconstruction has commenced on Prospect Street in work related to the ROAD2OO5 Section 1 and the sanitary sewer work recently completed in that area.
Review of numerous Planning development applications including residential developments
(i.e. Brainard Gardens), commercial developments (i.e. Outback Steakhouse), industrial development (Palazzesi Building i.e.), business development (Walgreens i.e. ) along with all new single family home site plan reviews were completed this past year. |
