The Town of Enfield seeks an experienced attorney as legal advisor for the Town Council, Town staff and all boards and commissions. Scope includes contracts and franchises, land use, real estate, environmental law, constitutional law, ordinances and code provisions, intergovernmental agreements, as well as directing litigation and external counsel. Appointed by 11-member Town Council. Juris Doctor Degree or equivalent from ABA accredited law school and membership in Connecticut State  and Federal Bar.
