REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Higgins School Redevelopment

Responses from interested parties for the above-referenced project will be received at the Office of the Director of Finance until 12:00, noon, Monday, December 15, 2008. 

The Town is soliciting proposals for the redevelopment of the vacant Higgins School building.  The Town will also consider proposals for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new building at this site.

Information on the RFP and more detailed property information can be found on the Town’s website at www.enfield-ct.gov.

The Town of Enfield will evaluate all of the proposals, and may grant Preferred Developer status and enter a Preferred Developer Agreement.

The Town of Enfield reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of any proposal, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
