INVITATION TO BID

ON-CALL UTILITY BID 10-1

December 17, 2009

          Sealed bids for the project named above will be received at the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00 am, Thursday, January 7, 2010.  Thereafter, bids will be opened in public and read aloud.

          Specifications and bidding documents may be obtained from the Enfield Engineering Division, Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield CT.  Limit one set of documents for each bidder.  Any questions concerning the project named above should be directed to the Engineering Office at (860) 253-6363.

          The Town of Enfield reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of bids, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
