            Sealed bids for the commodity named above will be received at the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00am, Tuesday, July 28, 2009.  Thereafter, bids will be opened in public and read aloud.

            Specifications and bidding documents may be obtained from Training Officer Joseph A. Lorenzetti at telephone number (860) 763-8968, via email at jlorenzetti@enfield.org, or the Town of Enfield website, www.enfield-ct.gov.  Copies of said documents are also available at the Enfield Police Department Front Desk located at 293 Elm Street, Enfield, Connecticut.

            The Town of Enfield reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of bids, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
