Bids are being solicited for the sale of 25 Palomba Drive which is owned by the Town of Enfield.

Sealed bids will be received by the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 5, 2000, at which time they will be opened in public. Bids received after the time set for the opening will be rejected.

In order to submit a bid proposal, the participating party must not have any delinquent taxes owed to the Town of Enfield.

The high bidder will be required to post a twenty (20) percent non-refundable deposit within ten (10) days of the bid opening. The parcel will be conveyed via a Quit Claim Deed.

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive defects in same if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of Enfield.
