Sealed proposals for the project named above will be received at the office of the Director of Finance until 11:00 AM, June 21, 1999. Thereafter, proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

The Town of Enfield reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or any part of the proposals, to waive formalities or informalities, and to award the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.

The RFP specifications, mentioned above, will detail the tasks involved. In sum, the Town is seeking qualified civil engineering and market analysis services to examine three tracts of land for their suitability for development as a light industrial/business park. The tasks include examining the suitability of three sites in the areas of physical development, marketability, and development costs. The project can best be described as a preliminary planning, design, and engineering task.
