AmeriCares HomeFront & Relay for Life

American Cancer Society Relay for Life
Relay For Life is 22 hours of fun for a great cause - joining the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. Teams of 8-15 people take turns walking around a track. We need volunteers to help with many aspects of the local event. All talents and interests are welcome.

AmeriCares HomeFront

AmeriCares HomeFront is a community-based volunteer home repair program that provides free home repairs to low-incomes homeowners, enabling them to stay in their homes.

Volunteers come from all walks of life in a true vertical slice of our neighborhoods. Volunteers need not be skilled at home repair. Any talent can and will be put to use. Volunteers, both skilled and unskilled, are needed to work year round at AmeriCares to help with planning, organizing, and recruiting. Simply put, if you have an interest in home repair and can lend a hand, we can use your help. St. Patrick’s Church in Enfield is the local contact for AmeriCares.
