[ARCHIVED] Still More Comfort Tips for Computer Users - Part 3

To maximize personal comfort when using a computer:

Your keyboard angle should be adjusted as flat as possible or pointing slightly downward.
Keyboard should be at elbow height.
Your monitor and keyboard should be in line with the center of your upper torso and eyes.
The top of your monitor should be slightly below eye level.
Use a wrist rest, if necessary, to hold your wrists level.
Never plant your wrists on the rest while you type. Use it to support your palms between keying.
Adjust your monitor so the contrast is high, brightness is low.
