News Release for the Week of November 9, 2015
On these crisp fall days, take a walk on the Senior Center Walking Trail. Many people have commented about how nice it is to walk on the trail. Stop and try the outdoor fitness equipment too. Studies have shown that walking outdoors relieves stress as well as giving you a good cardio workout. We are very fortunate to have the walking trail and equipment on the grounds of the Senior Center. Give it a try.
The Holiday Craft Fair & Pancake Breakfast is here! Join us for pancakes and holiday shopping on Saturday, November 7 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is never too early to start your holiday shopping.
