IT has begun working with Lean Management and Six Sigma initiatives. Lean Management encourages eliminating wasteful operations, fixing "what bugs you", and focuses on increased quality while improving customer service. Three people in our department, Bob Murray, Cindy Andersen and Paul Russell have achieved their Green Belt Status in Lean Management. We look forward to applying new process improvements within our department and then sharing and implementing within other areas of the Town.
