On these crisp fall days, take a walk on the Senior Center Walking Trail. Many people have commented about how nice it is to walk on the trail. Stop and try the outdoor fitness equipment too. Studies have shown that walking outdoors relieves stress as well as giving you a good cardio workout. We are very fortunate to have the walking trail and equipment on the grounds of the Senior Center. Come give it a try.
