Do you care for someone with Parkinson’s Disease? Do you
often feel tired, depressed and feel as though caretaking has literally “taken
over” YOUR life? YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Parkinson’s Caregivers Support group is specifically for those caretakers
who care for someone with Parkinson’s Disease (spouse, child, friend, etc.). This
group will meet Wednesday, March 21, 304 pm. There is no registration required.

Enfield Clean Energy Committee will
be here on Wednesday, March 21 from 10 am to 12 pm. They recently received a grant for a LED
light bulb exchange program. If you
bring in one or two of your old incandescent light bulbs they will exchange it
for a two pack of new energy efficient LED bulbs. Stop by and take advantage of this energy

discussion about the epidemic of prediabetes
and diabetes in the United States. Do you have prediabetes or are you at risk
for it? We will discuss what prediabetes is and the health risks
associated with it. The good news is that research has shown
that relatively simple lifestyle measures may prevent or delay the progression
of prediabetes to diabetes. We will discuss this research and the methods
