The Town has a new tax system!! Quality Data System (QDS) has been working with the Tax Department and IT to implement this new, easy to use, tax system.
IT has provided our tax receivable data to Quality Data Systems (QDS) and they have loaded the information on to their server. Quality of the data was tested and the Tax Department is using this system without issues. QDS staff provided a walkthrough of the various system functions to Town staff using the data provided. QDS provided training to the our Tax Department using our actual transaction activity. Go-Live was February 1, 2018.
