Effective end of business day today, March 16, 2020, the Town Hall and Department of Public Works will be closed to the public until further notice. The Department of Social Services will be by appointment only, with an exception for Community Renewal Team Inc. (CRT) programs.

The Town Clerk’s Office offers many services through the mail. Please call 860-253-6440 or visit the website for more information.
The Public Works Department will be closed to the public, but staff will be available by telephone at 860-763-7527. Public Works staff will report for duty and all trash and recycling removal services will continue regularly.
General Department of Social Services activities and business, such as the Legal Aid and Elderly Tax Credit program, will be by appointment only. Please call 860-253-6397 when you arrive for access to the building. SNAP and LIHEAP intake will continue to be run by Community Renewal Team, Inc., as long as they are able to.
Grab and go breakfast and lunch for any registered Enfield student who currently takes advantage of the breakfast and lunch program will be available from 11:30 to 1:00 at Enfield High School and John F. Kennedy Middle School commencing Tuesday, March 17.
