1. When does Renter's Rebate Start?

Renter's Rebate starts on April 1st.

2. What do I need to bring to apply for Renter's Rebate?

We need to see all income for the previous year (a tax return if filed) as well as all rent and utilities paid for the previous year. If you are under 65 proof of disability may be required.

3. When can I apply for Energy Assistance?

The Community Renewal Team (CRT) starts making appointments for Energy Assistance at the End of August. The program runs from November 15th to May 1st, please call 860-560-2694 to schedule an appointment.
